Leadership

Having worked as an IT software consultant for many years alongside being actively involved at all levels of church, Alan applied for Ministry with Elim in 2011. Having successfully completed the 3 year training programme he was ordained in 2014. 2015 was a significant year with a move to Thanet to lead Elim Oasis Church as well as the completion of his Masters degree in Pentecostal and Charismatic Theology. Alan is also the regional representative of the South East England Region for Elim International Missions. He also became an Author in 2020, with his first book ‘Territory of the Kingdom‘, which has now been followed by ‘Citizens of the Kingdom‘, and both are available from www.kingdomperspective.net.

He is proud dad to Carl (married to Carly) and Sasha (married to Brook) and has 4 beautiful granddaughters Annabelle, Elowyn, Lucy and Eleanor. Alan leads the church vision and direction as well as the strategic areas of ENCOUNTER, EQUIP and ENGAGE.

Alice is a passionate disciple of Jesus. She originates from Estonia, where she attended Bible College and served in various churches and ministries. She has appeared there on both Christian TV, praying live for people who called or sent in prayer needs, and Christian Radio being interviewed as a guest. She also led ‘Healing Rooms’ prayer, praying for many at events and conferences. Alice has a determination to walk in obedience with God, which means to share the good news about Jesus and his Kingdom. Married to Alan, Alice leads the EVANGELISE strategic area.

Hi my name is Vanessa (known by everyone as Ness) and I have been at Elim Oasis Church for almost 5 years, during this time I have felt such love and friendship in this amazing fellowship. My walk with God has grown amazingly during this time and I am honoured to be part of the Leadership Team. Over the past two years I have been working alongside Alan as his PA and it is a real pleasure to work with such a true disciple of Jesus. I have learnt so much about The Elim Movement during this time, and more importantly what God wants me to do for my service to Him. Ness is married to Seth.
